Optimized formula for easy use

The system is provided as powder blend, which can be easily dissolved / dispersed in cold water. The raw material (fish filet, sea food) is treated with the resulting brine. This application is suitable for frozen raw material (which defrosts in the brine and is further processed afterwards) or fresh raw material, which is frozen after treatment.
This process does not require any cost-intensive investment in equipement.
